guarantees for well water application are done in writing
only and do not exceed the 120 day guarantee. New test
results of the raw and treated water will be required
by us before a return is authorized.
City
water customers have a 120 guarantee that the equipment
they received from us is of up most quality.
Equipment must be returned within 120 days of date of purchase.
Equipment must be in like new condition. Customer is responsible
for inbound and outbound freight. ALL returns must
include a return authorization number. Please call
1-866-278-4130 for a RA#. RA# must be on all packaging to
insure proper credit to your account.
Quality water treatment is not responsible for damaged equipment
being returned.
