Phone tech support with a live technician. This entitles you to two hours of technical support for as long as you own the system as long as it was purchased from us. Once the two hours has been used, you have the option to purchase another two hours.
How it works: Once we recieve the order for the technical support we will email you with a schedule for you to choose a date and time that will work for you, once you choose that time we will call you to begin the technical support process. ( we recommend that you are able to be at the system while the technician is on the phone with you )
Please remember that Technical support by email is always free so you do not have to purchase this to get technical support only if you want a live technician to walk you through the process there is a charge.
